Terms of Service for Rewire

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or subscribing to Rewire, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Rewire operates on a recurring subscription model.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method will automatically be charged each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice to you.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via the customer management links provided in your billing emails. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

3. Apple App Store Terms (EULA)

To the extent you download or access Rewire via the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are concluded between you and Rewire only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Rewire, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and the content thereof.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you (if applicable); and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

4. User Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@rewireapp.me if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and features within Rewire are the exclusive property of Rewire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rewire and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Rewire after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
